GigaTier Technologies provides autonomous code transpilation services through our Velociportr platform. Velociportr is a 5-stage pipeline that transpiles C/C++ source code to Rust, including preprocessing, AI-powered code generation, oracle-based verification, correction loops, and human-in-the-loop review.
Service availability, features, and pricing are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to our services.
3. User Obligations

- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
- Any errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in the transpiled code output
- Any interruption or cessation of service
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
While Velociportr includes oracle-based verification, we do not guarantee that transpiled code will be free from all defects or suitable for all production use cases without additional review and testing.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GigaTier Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
